How This Stage In The Agenda Simplifies Things

In this talk I discuss the point that the ruling elites have always owned the plantation. Nothing fundamental has changed. They are just moving the herd from one plantation over the state line into a new plantation. Also, that now that the gloves are off and that the price of serving the State has been named, it is easier in some ways to deal with people since everything is having to choose — not at the level of words, but of actions.

Reading The Qur’an As A Book: Surah 67 With Exposition

In this talk I outline the key themes of surah 67, and try to illustrate how the Qur’an is meant to be read with intelligence and as a single book, the parts of which fit together.

1 Blessed be He in whose hand is the dominion — and He is over all things powerful —
2 Who created death and life, that He might try you, which of you is best in deed! And He is the Exalted in Might, the Forgiving,
3 Who created seven heavens in harmony. Thou seest not in the creation of the Almighty any imperfection. So return thou thy vision: seest thou any rifts?
4 Then return thou thy vision again and again! Thy sight will return to thee humbled and weary.
5 And We have adorned the lower heaven with lamps, and have made them what is thrown at the satans; and We have prepared for them the punishment of the Inferno.
6 And for those who deny their Lord is the punishment of Gehenna; and evil is the journey’s end.
7 When they are cast therein, they hear its inhaling as it boils up,
8 Almost bursting with rage. Whenever a crowd is cast therein, the keepers thereof ask them: “Came there not to you a warner?”
9 They will say: “Verily, a warner came to us, but we denied and said: “God has not sent down anything; you are only in great error.”
10 And they will say: “Had we listened, or used reason, we would not be among the companions of the Inferno.”
11 And they will confess their transgression: — “So away with the companions of the Inferno!”
12 Those who fear their Lord unseen, they have forgiveness and a great reward.
13 Be you secret in your speech or proclaim it, He knows that which is in the breasts.
14 Should He not know, He who created? And He is the Subtle, the Aware.
15 He it is that made the earth responsive for you; so walk in the tracts thereof, and eat of His provision; and to Him is the Resurrection.
16 Do you feel secure that He who is in the heaven will not make the earth swallow you, the while it shakes?
17 Or do you feel secure that He who is in the heaven will not send against you a storm of stones? Then you will know how is My warning!
18 And those before them denied; then how was My rejection!
19 Have they not seen the birds above them with wings outstretched and closing? None holds them but the Almighty. He sees all things.
20 If: “Who is this?” — “That who will be a force for you to help you besides the Almighty!” — the false claimers of guidance are only in delusion.
21 If: “Who is this?” — “That who will provide for you if He withhold His provision!” — the truth is, they have persisted in scorn and aversion.
22 Is then he who walks prone upon his face better guided, or he who walks evenly on a straight path?
23 Say thou: “He it is that produced you and made for you hearing and sight and hearts; little are you grateful.”
24 Say thou: “He it is that created you in the earth, and to Him will you be gathered.”25 And they say: “When is this promise, if you be truthful?”1
26 Say thou: “The knowledge is but with God; and I am only a clear warner.”
27 Then when they see it approaching, the faces of those who ignore warning will be distressed, and it will be said: “This is that for which you called.”
28 Say thou: “Have you considered: if God destroys me and those with me, or has mercy on us, then who will protect the false claimers of guidance from a painful punishment?”
29 Say thou: “He is the Almighty. We believe in Him, and in Him we place our trust. And you will come to know who is in manifest error.”
30 Say thou: “Have you considered: if your water should become sunken, then who would bring you running water?”

Delusion Is Now Baked Into The Cake: Surah 66 With Exposition

In this talk, I compare the characteristics of virtue for women contained in surah 66 with what we commonly find among vast swathes of the deluded female portion of the human race today.

1 O Prophet: why makest thou unlawful what God has made lawful for thee, seeking the approval of thy wives? And God is forgiving and merciful.
2 God has ordained for you the absolution of your oaths. And God is your protector, and He is the Knowing, the Wise.
3 And when the Prophet confided a statement to one of his wives; and when she told of it, and God made it known to him, he made known part of it, and turned aside from part. And when he informed her about it, she said: “Who told thee this?” He said: “There told me the knowing, the aware.”
4 If you twain repent to God, then have your hearts inclined. But if you assist one another against him, then God is his protector, and Gabriel, and the righteous of the believers and, moreover, the angels are helpers.
5 It may be that his Lord — if he divorces you — will give him in exchange wives better than you: women submitted, believing, humbly obedient, penitent, serving, journeying, previously married, and virgins.
6 O you who heed warning: protect yourselves and your families from a Fire whose fuel is men and stones, over which are angels stern and severe; they do not oppose God in what He has commanded them but do what they are commanded.
7 “O you who ignore warning: make no excuses this day; you are but being rewarded for what you did!”
8 O you who heed warning: turn to God in sincere repentance. It may be that your Lord will remove from you your evil deeds, and make you enter gardens beneath which rivers flow. The day God will not disgrace the Prophet and those who heed warning with him, their light running before them and on their right hand, they will say: “Our Lord: perfect Thou for us our light, and forgive Thou us; Thou art over all things powerful.”
9 O Prophet: strive thou against the atheists and the waverers, and be thou stern with them. And their shelter is Gehenna; and evil is the journey’s end.
10 God has struck a similitude for those who ignore warning: — the wife of Noah, and the wife of Lot: they were under two of Our righteous servants, but they betrayed them; and they availed them nothing against God, and it was said: “Enter, you twain, the Fire with those who enter.”
11 And God has struck a similitude for those who heed warning: — the wife of Pharaoh, when she said: “My Lord: build Thou for me a house with Thee in the Garden, and deliver Thou me from Pharaoh and his deeds, and deliver Thou me from the wrongdoing people.”
12 — And Mary, daughter of ʿImrān, who guarded her chastity, and We breathed into it of Our Spirit, and she confirmed the words of her Lord, and His Writs, and was of the humbly obedient.

Alan Watt: Appreciation Of A Modern Hero

ALAN WATT: SOFTLY SPOKEN HERO — DIED MARCH 4TH
cuttingthroughthematrix.com
Alan Watt was a softly spoken, tenacious, unflappable man. He educated many thousands of people through his Cutting Through The Matrix series of talks, myself among them.
Alan was a man in the fullest and finest sense of the word, and among those whose example of personal heroism informed my choice to make “hijrah” from the corporate world and my old life / friends, etc.
I also had the honour of being in touch with Alan on and off over the last ten years.
It was also something Alan said in one of his radio talks which sparked the train of thought which became the project I have spent the last seven years of my life engaged upon full time, and which is now approaching completion.
It is a shock to hear of his death, but I’m happy for him. Alan was of the opinion that truth has to be known experientially — and now he knows.
May God receive his soul with mercy and admit him to the Garden.

Why I Think Cults Are Allowed To Operate

I am interested in cults. It’s like a hobby. I adopt one, learn something about it, and then go on to the next. But why are cults allowed to operate (consider the crimes committed against minors by the JWs, or the fact that the Scientologists lock people up and subject them to hard labour).

I think I have the answer: because cults collect lots of data on their members. And this data is shared with the big cult. Because what they are doing today to the Scientologists they will be doing tomorrow to you.

Big Government As God: Surah 64 With Exposition

In this talk I read through surah 64 and discourse by way of tangents other topics, including that of government tyranny.

1 What is in the heavens and what is in the earth gives glory to God. To Him belongs the dominion, and to Him belongs the praise; and He is over all things powerful.
2 He it is that created you; and among you is a spurner of guidance, and among you is a believer; and God sees what you do.
3 He created the heavens and the earth in truth, and He formed you and made good your forms; and to Him is the journey’s end.
4 He knows what is in the heavens and the earth, and He knows what you conceal and what you make known; and God knows that which is in the breasts.
5 Has not the report reached you of those who ignored warning before? Then they tasted the evil consequence of their affair; and they will have a painful punishment
6 For it is that when their messengers came to them with the clear signs: — and they said: “Shall mortals guide us?” — then they denied and turned away! But God is self-sufficient; and God is free from need and praiseworthy.
7 Those who ignore warning claim that they will never be raised. Say thou: “Verily, by my Lord, you will be raised! Then will you be informed of what you did; and that is easy for God.”
8 So believe in1 God and His messenger, and in the light which We have sent down; and God is aware of what you do.
9 The day He gathers you for the Day of Gathering: that will be the Day of Mutual Overcoming in Trade. And whoso believes in God and works righteousness, He will remove from him his evil deeds, and make him enter gardens beneath which rivers flow, they abiding eternally therein forever; that is the Great Achievement.
10 And those who ignore warning and deny Our proofs — those are the companions of the Fire, they abiding eternally therein; and evil is the journey’s end.
11 No calamity befalls save by the leave of God. And whoso believes in God, He will guide his heart; and God knows all things.
12 And obey God, and obey the Messenger; but if you turn away — then upon Our messenger is only the clear notification.
13 God, there is no god save He. And in God then let the believers place their trust.
14 O you who heed warning:1 among your spouses and your children is an enemy to you, so beware of them. But if you pardon, and overlook, and forgive, then is God forgiving and merciful.
15 Your wealth and your children are only a means of denial; and God, with Him is a great reward.
16 So be in prudent fear of God as much as you are able, and listen, and obey, and spend; it is better for your souls. And whoso is protected from the avarice of his soul, it is they who are the successful.
17 If you lend to God a goodly loan, He will double it for you, and will forgive you; and God is appreciative and clement,
18 The Knower of the Unseen and the Seen, the Exalted in Might, the Wise.
