Here is the playlist which will contain all readings moving forward: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLHD1Tw5zDhGlQdM65YvIgVk0rsmZ9wu8z

We sent Nūḥ to his people:
He said: O my people: serve God.
You have no god but he.
I fear for you the punishment of a tremendous day.
(7:59)

And we sent Nūḥ to his people
And he said: O my people: serve God – you have no god but he.
Will you then not be in prudent fear!
(23:23)

We sent Nūḥ to his people:
Warn thou thy people before a painful punishment come to them.
He said: O my people: I am a clear warner to you:
Serve God and be in prudent fear of him
And obey me.
He will forgive you some of your transgressions
And delay you to a named term.
The term of God when it comes cannot be delayed
If you but knew.
(71:1-4)

And to ʿĀd, their brother Hūd:
He said: O my people: serve God.
You have no god but he.
Will you then not be in prudent fear!
(7:65)

And to ʿĀd, their brother Hūd:
He said: O my people: serve God.
You have no god but he.
You are only inventing.
(11:50)

And to Thamūd, their brother Ṣāliḥ:
He said: O my people: serve God.
You have no god but he.
There has come to you clear evidence from your lord.
This is the she-camel of God as a proof for you.
So leave her to feed in God’s earth
And touch her not with evil
For there will take you a painful punishment.
(7:73)

And to Thamūd, their brother Ṣāliḥ:
He said: O my people: serve God.
You have no god but he.
He brought you into being from the earth and settled you therein
So seek forgiveness of your lord and turn to him.
My lord is near, responsive.
(11:61)

And to Madyan, their brother Shuʿayb:
He said: O my people: serve God.
You have no god but he.
There has come to you clear evidence from your lord
So fulfil the measure
And the balance
And deprive not men of their things
And work not corruption in the earth after its right ordering.
That is better for you if you be believers.
(7:85)

And to Madyan, their brother Shuʿayb:
He said: O my people: serve God.
You have no god but he.
Defraud not the measure and the balance.
I see you in affluence
And I fear for you the punishment of an encompassing day.
And: O my people:
Fulfil the measure and the balance with equity.
And deprive not men of their things.
And commit not evil in the earth, working corruption.
(11:84-85)

And to Madyan their brother Shuʿayb:
He said: O my people: serve God and expect the Last Day.
And commit not evil in the earth, working corruption.
(29:36)

Nigh to men draws their reckoning
And they are in heedlessness disinclined.
There comes not to them any new remembrance from their lord
But they listen to it while they play
Their hearts oblivious.
And those who do wrong conceal their confidential conversation:
Is this save a mortal like you?
Will you go to sorcery when you can see?
My lord says: he knows what is spoken in the sky and the earth.
And he is the Hearing, the Knowing.
But: (they say) a confused medley of dreams
But: he has invented it
But: he is a poet
So let him bring us a proof like unto that sent to the men of old!
No city believed before them among those we destroyed.
Would they then believe?
And we sent before thee only men whom we instructed.
(And ask the people of the remembrance if you know not.)
(21:1-7)

And they are commanded only to serve God
Sincere to him in doctrine
Inclining to truth
And to uphold the duty
And to give the purity.
And that is the doctrine of the upright.
Those who are indifferent to warning among the doctors of the law and the idolaters are in the fire of Hell
They abiding eternally therein.
These are the worst of creatures.
(98:5-6)
